Reiki is a healing system that works with your own energies to clear your connection with your Higher Self and the Divine. Essentially, it facilitates the clearing of your connection to Source
Reiki was discovered by Dr Mikao Usui as he was journeying to discover a path to enlightenment. On his journey he was gifted the symbols that make up the foundation for Reiki.
The first and foremost purpose of Reiki is to bring the soul to enlightenment.
Upon Dr Usui's return home, he was excited to share his new path for enlightenment but quickly found
that Reiki also facilitated healing!
As people were gifted this energy freely, it was also found that it was quickly taken for granted. This seems to be the case in most healing paths and well, in life. If you haven't invested any energy or gratitude into your path it is quickly forgotten and overlooked.
Of course this is an incredibly shortened explanation of Reiki. There are many websites and books dedicated completely to this path of healing. I highly recommend that if you have an interest in truly studying and learning Reiki that you begin by reading as much as possible. As with all things, the more you know, the more readily you will understand that path and receive the benefits of it.
It is possible to send Reiki via distance. It is firmly believed by us that Reiki as with most healing energies is best experienced in person. If you do not have anyone near you and you can not make it to the shop, then distance sessions are available. We will work together to ensure that you have gotten the best of the energy possible.
